Both if you have already travelled the US or if you haven't, it is for sure not the first time you read or hear information about the country's restrictions to enter or stay. Nevertheless, if you are going to travel in the upcoming months, we want you to have all the information necessary to be able to send your luggage to the US correctly

WHAT SHOULD I CONSIDER BEFORE ORDERING MY SHIPMENT TO OR FROM THE UNITED STATES?

It is recommended that you place your order with origin or destination in the UK, at least 3 days in advance. In addition, you should have a series of documents ready so that the shipment can be carried out successfully and the customs process runs smoothly:

DNI/NIE and passport.
Document that proves the stay in the United States, such as a visa or authorisation to stay ESTA. An employment contract, housing contract or student certificate would also be valid.
Airline tickets from origin to destination and not older than one year.
Certificate of registration in Spain: Only in the event that your shipment originates in the United States It is not an essential document but it is recommended to help with the customs process.
In addition, we will need you to have a list of contents ready to fill in documents that we will send you once you have confirmed your submission.

It is important that you contact our Customer Service team before placing the order, either through the form or call 93 860 66 36. We will explain in detail the steps to follow in order to successfully request the shipment to or from the United States.
