What is a mini-removal?

When we talk about mini-removal we refer to all the shipments that contain up to 15 packages, either boxes or suitcases, and that do not exceed the maximum measures allowed by Sinmaletas.com

On a mini-removal service it is very important to bear in mind that there are a series of restricted items that cannot be sent: items for research or pharmaceutical use, perishable products, alcoholic beverages, medicines and illegal substances and pet animals.

And if you need to send more than 15 packages?

In the case that you need to send a mini-removal with more packages, please contact us. The customer service team will calculate the budget according to your needs as soon as possible.

All the Sinmaletas.com luggage shipments are covered by the insurance offered by the Land Transport Law (LOTT in Spanish) and the CMR Convention (Contract for the International Transport of Goods by Road). In the case of loss, theft or damage of the goods, the compensations vary. For further information read our Terms and Conditions.

EXCLUDED ITEMS

Under no circumstances any of the following items are allowed to travel inside the customer's luggage:

  • Alcoholic beverages
  • Perishable food goods. (Shipping oil is not recommended).
  • Tobacco and derivatives
  • Items of an exceptional value as artwork, jewels, antiques, etc.
  • Dangerous goods (including aerosols, flammable and corrosive items, etc.)
  • Money, credit cards, checks, etc.
  • Plants, seeds or derivatives.
  • Weapons
  • Ivory and derivatives
  • Animal fur
  • Pornographic material
  • Medicines and illegal substances
