If your shipment includes a television, you need to follow the steps below to assure your computer security.

Do I need an additional insurance?

First of all, be aware that TV is listed as "restricted articles" as it is a fragile good. You can read about it at our What we send and what we don't send so you must hire an additional insurance.

We offer several kind of insurance (per package) and you can choose the most suitable for you. We remind you that the the total indemnification for electronic devices is up the 50% of the television’s value.

Do I need any special packaging?

Be aware of your television’s fragility. We recommend you to ship the television inside its original packaging: box and protections. As well as wrapping the television with bubble wrap, the cardboard or foam protections will immobilize it inside the box. And that is very important for shipments that travel by road transportation. We also suggest filling up the empty spaces with polystyrene peanuts.

If you do not have its original packaging, you can send the TV in a cardboard box , however it is very important to wrap it two or three times with bubble wrap and protect it as good as possible with the foam protections and the polystyrene peanut.

Although it is a fragile item, you must know that all packages are treated with the same rigor whether it is a computer or not. So it is very important a good packaging.
